          Phillip Wells
          was born on a small 900 Acre Estate right next door to Dolly Partons Billboard in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, US.

          As he graduated elementary school he felt that his life would have more meaning if he lived amongst modest income households so he packed up his belongings and from there the story begins.....



          Phillip, had a motorcycle accident at the age of 19, leaving him a paraplegic. The accident was in March of 1982, and since then he has completed an A.S. Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering for Computers. Currently working for Chattanoooga Group, a manufacturer of Therapy and Rehabilition Equipment, while also managing his own businessClockWork Computers.

          In 1989, he started competing in National WheelChair Events with Road Racing. The top picture is from " 1ST Tennessee Memphis Marathon "at Memphis,Tennessee in December. The picture at the bottom was taken from the " PeachTree Road Race " in Atlanta, Georga, by Chris Hamilton Photograhy. This picture was used on the brochures and literature of the " 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games " ...
